What Are Our Guests Saying About Our Vancouver, WA Hotel

The personnel at this location have been very helpful and have gone out of their way to make it a good/great experience. Examples of the fact that they've gone the second mile are changing a deadline for a reservation and making sure that we've received the best rate possible. I will continue to use this motel for this location as often as possible.

At Battle Ground Best Western, Kathy and the staff are excellent and so willing to do anything to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. We've been going back to Best Western Battle Ground for many trips because my husband, a vet disabled with PTSD has to be re-certified for his Battle Buddy service dog every year. Training is also done at Battle Ground so many of the other vets have stayed at Best Western. Thank you for a wonderful, pleasant stay.

Free and plenty of parking. The staff were professional, and helpful. The room was clean, and the king size bed was firm but comfortable, and the bath towels were thick and extra long. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond. The scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and the biscuits and gravy were my husband's favorite. For me, being a coffee drinker, it was pretty good and worth a few refills 👍.

I loved my experience here a couple nights ago! Great service. Clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. Warm swimming pool. Such a positive experience!!!! All of the employees treated us to well and went above and beyond all expectations. So happy! We’ll be back.
