It is a nice place, great quality rooms with a nice pool.

The staff was nice

This was our second stay here. It wasn't awesome. Our first room was disgusting and smelled of very fresh, but nasty cigarettes. We were 'upgraded' to a king suite (from two queens) because there were no other options. That meant my daughter had to sleep on a pull out bed rather than a real bed. Not an upgrade in my book. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom once we got a new room- which we found out after my daughter was in there, soI had to run down for tp and soap because it wasn't stocked. Lots of hoops to jump through for a one night stay. Upgrades should be upgrades in my book, or some customer service doing something to make up for multiple issues. But that didn't happen. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect things for free, but it seems that the days of going above and beyond are gone.

Only four star do to the room being 1 of 2 available we were in room 337. August 2021. Jokingly Presidential Suite. King size bed and pull out bed couch. Minibar with sink and coffee maker. This room was impressively awesome only do to the location in this small town, and it's themed room. Bathroom was modern and very nice. I only would suggest to paint the bathroom the same color as the rest of the room, and update all wall outlet face plates with new plates and include a mini refrigerator would be much appreciated. We will stay again in hopes to get the same room or the other one if available.
