What Are Our Guests Saying About Our Vancouver, WA Hotel

Just had a great stay at this Best Western Plus location. The room has two queen size beds and was one of the largest double queen rooms I've stayed in. There was lots of space for my son to spread out all his toys and play. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was alright. It was nothing special, but it was better than having to go out for breakfast. We didn't get to try or the pool or fitness center.

Great staff. Great breakfasts. Clean rooms. Nice central location in town.

Were in Dallas this last week stayed at the W hotel downtown was a fancy expensive place. My wife wished we were at Battleground Best Western they should give lessons on customer service

When we first walked into the lobby we were greeted warmly and welcomingly. Cathy was quick to have us processed and checked in, she even signed us up for loyalty club. The lobby smelled fresh, clean, and crisp. It made me wonder if the rooms would match this level of cleanliness, and they did. The bedding was updated, all the linens were clean. Bedding was comfortable, air condition wasn't too loud, shower stocked gel soap (and shampoo/conditioner). Best Western Plus in Battleground WA has a great location for other retail establishments (ie: Dutch Brothers, Safeway, Burger King). At one point, we were "those loud and rowdy people" who stayed up until midnight laughing. The front desk called us and graciously asked us to keep our volume down. I share this because no one likes a disruptive neighbor, and this BW handled it gracefully so that everyone could get some sleep.
