What Are Our Guests Saying About Our Vancouver, WA Hotel

The staff was very friendly, however the room I was in is right on top of the highway and you could hear the traffic all night long. If you can get past the traffic, the suite with the jacuzzi was nice and open.

We rented the jetted tub room. It was ok. The jets weren't very strong and the dials are broke. We couldn't adjust them. The room was clean and spacious. I wouldn't pay over $200 overnight again though.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and prompt. The noise in the hotel is super loud. The street noise is awful as it sits right at the corner of a very busy road. And the hallway noise is also loud. The AC doesn’t have an option to run the fan constantly which was disappointing as it may have offered some white noise to dilute the traffic noise. I would have loved a thicker blanket. I added the blanket from the closet, but it wasn’t that helpful. Overall, it’s less than ideal for our liking. This was our second stay and it was the same both times.

King bed room must’ve been a suite because it was huge for no reason! But that’s fine. Just echoed with noise a lot. Walls are thin so heard a lot of hallway and other peoples room noise. The toilet would make so much noise throughout the day. Beds are pretty hard and pillows are square not rectangle. We did t really sleep too well the two nights we were there. Pros- bathrooms are updated, location is great for us and the breakfast is actually pretty good. Might stay in an Airbnb next time or just Vancouver.
