What Are Our Guests Saying About Our Vancouver, WA Hotel

I visited Best Western Plus for a two hour social event. The location suited the event's needs and was clean. The only inconvience is their elevator was slow but not unsafe.

This place is alright. The public areas are very modern in appearance. The rooms are adequate, nothing to write home about. The shower inside my room was filthy, and thank goodness I was only staying one night because the mere thought of stepping foot inside truly caused me to consider using the shower curtain as a noose. I showered at home. I found my bed to be the least comfortable hotel mattress I had ever slept on (ironic considering part of the building sits above a mattress store), wait, no, I'm sorry, due to the discomfort i did not sleep. I lay shivering in discomfort, despite having turned the heat in my room to 84°f, it f it warmed up at all, it may have hit 55°f. Stepping out into the WARM hallway in the morning was an enormous relief, due to my fatigue and inability to shower without hanging myself, I skipped the free breakfast, grabbed a cup of coffee (the coffee was good) and checked out as quickly as possible, I was only there one night though, sometimes it can be difficult to assess a hotel during a brief one night stay. Personally, however, I would not stay here again.
