What Are Our Guests Saying About Our Vancouver, WA Hotel

The rooms were great, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were AMAZING. The staff seemed to be constantly cleaning throughout the day. Everyone was so polite and friendly. I know this sounds trivial - when we would leave our room and head for the elevator, the house keeping staff would punch the elevator so it was open and ready for us when we reached the elevator. There was a young Hawaiian employee at the front desk for the bulk of our stay. SHE WAS INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY! She made a personal connection with each of the 7 individuals in our party. She assisted us with finding restaurants. She assisted with finding a location for my uncle to see a doctor. Above that, when I passed the front counter, she asked if there was any news yet? Checking to see how he was doing. We were in town for a funeral and this young lady made this stay at your hotel - different. She made us feel so welcomed, cared for, and added a very personal touch to our stay. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and hospitality.

Great small town hotel!!

Fast check in. No EV connection. Clean spacious room. Cotton seets. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool and jacuzzi are great! Continental breakfast offered organic yogurt among many other standard breakfast items. The hot entree selection was a plus. A few hours after check out realized we lost our phone, we came back and Kelsei reassured us of the integrity of the staff. Took us back to the room we stayed to see if it was still there. Really appreciate the effort and reasuurance Kelsei provided to try to ease our concern. Later that day the phone was found to be in our bag.

My daughter and I visited on January 3rd, 2026, and we were very happy with the service we received from Kelsei at the front desk. Your customer service was excellent and made our day truly enjoyable. As a side note, the water pressure in our room was amazing.
