What Are Our Guests Saying About Our Vancouver, WA Hotel

Rooms were very big, clean and accommodating. I love the room themes, didn't get to try out the pool and hot tub but even those were well kept. The manager was very very kind I believe his name was Raj. Again thank you Raj for your kindness. Breakfast was very tasteful they had a little bit of everything. They have onsite laundry didn't get a chance to use it but good to know they offer that option.

Hayden was brusque and unpleasant.

We got a king-size bed with a jacuzzi tub. Everything seemed like the perfect room however the pillows were horrible. It seems like a pillow case full of cut up pieces of foam in a kid size shape. Bring your own! The other thing that's off is the lighting in the bathroom comes from the mirror and not overhead. The view out the window is a construction ground but not their fault. The room is clean and that's important. The staff is polite and friendly.
